Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to Mastreach subscriptions sold by RianX AI LLP (brand: Rian Infotech).

1. Free trial

The Starter plan has a 5-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. A trial started with a card becomes a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel from the Billing page first; a trial started without a card simply ends.

2. Cancelling a paid plan

• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Because there is a free trial, payments for a billing period that has started are not refunded, in full or in part.
• We refund in full any payment that was charged by mistake: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for a plan you did not choose. Write to us as soon as you notice it.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few days to show the amount.

To cancel or ask about a refund, include your account email and the payment date.
