How the Service is delivered

• Access is delivered online, at www.mastreach.com, as soon as your account is created.
• Paid features are available immediately after your trial starts or your payment succeeds.
• The Chrome extension and the desktop app are downloaded from links inside the app.

If you cannot access the Service

If a payment succeeded but your plan is not active, write to us with your account email and the payment reference and we will look into it.
