Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and RianX AI LLP ("we", "us"), which offers Mastreach under its brand Rian Infotech. They cover the Mastreach website, web app, Chrome extension and desktop app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Mastreach helps you build your presence on LinkedIn. It finds posts your buyers are reading, drafts comments, replies, posts, messages, carousels and images in your voice, and measures the reach of what you publish. Mastreach never publishes anything on its own. You review every draft and post comments, replies and messages yourself. If you connect your LinkedIn account for publishing, a post goes out only when you publish or schedule it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One free trial is allowed per person.
• Tell us at once at info@rianinfotech.com if you think your account has been misused.

3. Plans, trial and payment

• Plans, prices and monthly allowances are shown on the pricing section and on the Billing page, in Indian rupees or US dollars.
• The 5-day free trial is on the Starter plan, with the trial allowances shown on the Billing page. The Billing page also shows whether a card is needed to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial. A trial started without a card simply ends, and you choose a plan to continue. A trial started with a card becomes a paid plan and is charged automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
• Plans renew automatically every month and are charged in advance, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are as shown at checkout.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change applies to you.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• For a question about a charge or a refund, write to info@rianinfotech.com with your account email and the payment date.

4. Fair use

Writing posts, comments, replies and carousels is unlimited for normal personal and business use. Items that cost us real money to produce, such as AI images, competitor analyses, video imports and assistant questions, have the monthly limits shown on your plan. We may limit automated, bulk or abusive use that goes beyond what one person or business would normally do.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything you publish, including drafts made by the Service. Check facts, numbers and claims before posting.
• Use the Service in line with the law and with LinkedIn's own terms and policies. Do not use it to spam, harass, mislead or impersonate anyone.
• Do not try to break, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or access other customers' data.
• Only give us content you have the right to use.

6. Your content

You own the content you give us and the drafts made for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to RianX AI LLP. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. Mastreach is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

8. AI-generated content

Drafts are produced with AI models and can contain mistakes. We do not promise any specific reach, followers, leads or sales. Results shown on our website come from real accounts and are not a guarantee of your results.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control, including changes LinkedIn makes to its website. We may improve, change or remove features.

10. Suspension and closing your account

You can cancel your plan from the Billing page and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts other users or the Service at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, or for actions LinkedIn takes on your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a dispute with you directly first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and notify you of any material change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
